Eco Park Hotel Azalea is a hotel with vegetarian and vegan menu in Val di Fiemme (Trentino).
We offer a healthy, 100% organic, plant-based, vegetarian and vegan cuisine made of colours, scents and creativity. Our menu never lacks specialities from the regional tradition of Val di Fiemme and typical Italian dishes.
Our passion for good, natural cooking brings us into contact with special people like Nadia (@theveganitaliankitchen), with whom we share the values of good, healthy cooking. From our affinity, a friendship and collaboration was born.
Nadia visited us at the beginning of the 2022-23 winter season on her journey to discover the flavours of northern Italy. We selected some recipes from "Discovering Vegan Italian: Classic dishes made vegan" (2020) and created a menu dedicated to Nadia, offering our guests plant-based versions of typical Italian dishes.
