OUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
 

At the time of booking we require a deposit of 30% to be paid by bank transfer or Stripe, or by Card. 

 

In case of cancellation of your booked stay, we will be forced to charge the following fees: 

 

• - More than 1 month before departure no cancellation fee 

• - From 1 month to 8 days before departure 50% of the deposit value 

• - In the last week before departure 100% of the deposit value 

• - In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price of the booked trip will be charged

 

Even for cancellations after the deadline, there is a solution! At the time of booking, we advise everyone to add travel insurance so that you do not lose what you have already paid. 

By taking out the Care4you policy with our partner, you will be covered against unforeseeable eventualities and for illness. Please ask for more information.

HOTEL LOCATION

The hotel is located just 50 metres from the historic centre of "Cavalese Bassa". You only have to walk a few steps out of the hotel to reach it. At 200 metres you will find the centre with shops, bars and the pedestrian area, the Museum of the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme and the Contemporary Art Centre. A 10-minute walk away is the beautiful Pieve Park, a green oasis in the centre of town.

HOTEL PRIVATE PARKING

We have two open car parks, one large and one small. The car parks are free of charge for all our guests. We kindly ask you to park in the spaces indicated. If no parking space can be found, we ask our guests to park in the middle of the car park and to report this to the reception.

 

CHARGING FOR ELECTRIC CARS

In the small car park we have 2 parking spaces connected to a charging station. You can download the Evway app which gives you complete, accurate and up-to-date information in real time to enable the best charging experience. If you would like to reserve a parking space, please contact us.

 

WI-FI

Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and in the rooms and is free of charge for all our guests. It is a fast connection. It is not active in the dining room to leave the environment quiet and encourage conversation. In some rooms it is possible to shield the connection by means of a network disconnect.

 

TV
 

Since the transformation to the new digital we have decided to remove the televisions in anticipation of a new strategy in tune with our concept of NATURAL WELL-BEING. You can ask the reception desk for a tablet. Our connection is very fast.

 

You can also ask for the VAIA CUBE. This is a spruce amplifyer designed to listen to your music, fill your space and accompany your book. Each VAIA Cube is unique: no two pieces are alike, because each stroke of the axe given by the craftsman carves a cut that follows the natural grain of the wood, evoking the wound of the forest. In addition, each VAIA Cube sold represents a new tree that will be planted in the Dolomites.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax for Val di Fiemme is 2,00 euro per stay from 14 years upwards up to a maximum of 10 days. In addition, there is a Valleviva Forever contribution of 0,50 euro per person from 14 years onwards for the activities included in the Fiemmemotion card.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

   Check-in: by 8:00 p.m.; in case of delay the service has a surcharge of 10:00 euro per room

On the day of arrival rooms will be delivered in the morning after 14:00

  Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

  On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

  On request, subject to availability, it is possible to extend the room check-out time for a fee of € 30.00


ANIMALS ALLOWED

We gladly accept your pets: dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, fish, everyone and even plants. Dogs are allowed in the common areas, but NOT in the restaurant room. For those who wish, it is possible to have meals outside on the garden terrace, keeping your dog with you.  
It is important that they do not disturb the resting hours.
For each animal there is a daily fee of 10 euro for extra cleaning.

CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT AND BABYSITTING SERVICE

At the hotel we have an extensive "FREE AND CHILDREN" experiential animation programme with a trustworthy and serious person. the programme for children from 3 to 11 years old is weekly and includes approx. 18/20 hours.
On request, there is a babysitting service with qualified staff at special rates.


BICYCLES
 

100 metres from the hotel there is an excellent bicycle hire shop with which we have an agreement. We can give you ideas for a ride through the woods or along the beautiful and very long cycle path beside the Avisio river.

 

For walks, you can hire a 3-wheel buggy and a children's rucksack.

HOTEL FOOD

The hotel offers 100% vegetarian cuisine.
Here you can sit down at the table in peace, because the selection, choice, and dietary approach is an a priori choice for us.
The cuisine is expressed in menus based on vegetables from controlled supply chains, proposed in a creative and colourful way that will make you love vegetables, cereals, pulses and vegetable proteins, well thought out and always balanced. The children's menu is never missing.
Our 4 x buffet is a quest for gourmet wellness we were inspired by Steiner's anthroposophy where the plant that nourishes man is in inverted relationship with it and each day of the week is inspired by a different cereal. The result is a surprising and imaginative buffet where vegetables and seeds create an inviting and complete proposal. The buffet is served at the table in a convivial dish also to avoid waste.    

For customised menus linked to a special diet, an extra charge of 10.00 euro per day is requested in agreement with our chef.
All our dishes are free of sugar and refined flours, and are based on organic products.
We offer cheeses from the Caseificio di Cavalese and eggs at km 0 to support the quality of local food and its economy.
 

VEGAN BREAKFAST

Our breakfast includes all organic products: fairtrade coffee, a wide range of teas and infusions, vegetable drinks made from rice, soya, oats and almonds, white soya yoghurt, mixed jams (also sugar-free), veg nutella, vegetable and apple butter, agave syrup, brown and rapadura sugar, corn and rice biscuits, wholemeal rusks, muesli and granola, flaked corn, spelt and oats, cereals for children. Oilseeds and dried fruit. Fresh fruit in season, fresh fruit salad apple juice, fresh juices, fruit and vegetable extracts. Whole-grain breads made with sourdough, homemade spelt toast and breakfast pastries, savoury cakes all homemade vegan. There is no shortage of chopped vegetables, humus and almond, peanut and sesame creams. Every day we have a different breakfast and are happy to present the golden milk and Budwig cream.


GLUTENFREE MENU 

We are very attentive to the dietary needs of our guests and also offer gluten-free menus. Many of the dishes on offer are gluten-free. Of course, depending on the proposal of the day, the same gluten-free dish will be served for those who require it: gluten-free pasta, gluten-free cereals, pulses, vegetables, etc. As well as bread and desserts.

FULL BOARD

We don't do full board because the mountains have so many moments to enjoy that it would be a shame to miss them. For those who wish, it is possible to have lunch in the garden, in the forest or on top of the mountain thanks to our 'Azalea picnic', with a vegetable sandwich, organic dried fruit, fresh fruit and an energy bar! You can pick it up directly at the reception at the agreed time and enjoy it so that you don't miss a single moment of your precious holiday.

COURTESY SET

The Azalea is a green hotel and for an ecological choice has dispensed with packaging. In the bathroom you will find two dispensers, one on the sink and the other in the shower. The soap contained is environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic. You can use it for both body and hair.
 

READING LIGHT

We have beautiful abat-jours but they may not illuminate the reading sufficiently. We are working on improved lighting. In case you need more light please do not hesitate to ask at the reception.

MINI BAR

Our rooms do not have a mini bar. This is an ecological choice. The Lagorai tap water is excellent and much appreciated by our guests. You can use the carafe with glasses that you will find in your room. For medicines and food purchases we have two personalised and secure refrigerators at the reception.


HOW TO REACH US BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

For those arriving by train, from Ora railway station there is bus no. 140, which leaves every hour and takes approx. 50 minutes. The stop on arrival is at Piazza Scopoli, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The bus station on departure is 500 metres away. If you have heavy luggage, we can pick you up but you must let us know in advance or send a taxi.

To accompany your holiday you will find the Fiemme Guest Card, which will give you new experiences, including spectacular stories, nature excursions, slow movements, mountain sports, theme parks for children, visits to museums and convenient travel on shuttles, trains and buses.


SERVICES FOR CHILDREN

For children we have an indoor play area with building blocks, books, paints, chalk and toys. In the garden we have a sandpit, tree house, slackline and trampoline. For children, the garden is a paradise. Table football and table tennis keep everyone entertained.
Plus lots of facilities for the little ones: cots, safety rails, high chairs, baby food sets, baby bath tubs, potty trays and bicycle seats.
For toddlers in the weaning phase, on request our kitchen will prepare vegetable broth without salt, vegetable puree, legume puree, pastina and cereal flakes.


CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS

500 metres from the hotel is the beautiful Parco della Pieve, where you can take beautiful walks amidst the greenery among ancient trees, with wooden games and tennis. Nature is one playground to discover!

 

ADVENTURE PARKS IN VAL DI FIEMME

The valley has four paradises. Clean air, unspoilt paradises far from traffic. At the high altitudes of Val di Fiemme, creativity flies free and wide open. At altitudes of 1,200 and 2,200 metres, we encounter the highest environmental art park in Europe and three fantasy parks that tell the story of nature through play: the Respirart art park, the Montagna Animata (Animated Mountain), and the Giro d'ali (Wings Tour). The Sounding Wood and the Paneveggio Nature Park are a true immersion in nature.


SWIMMING POOL

We do not have a swimming pool but have an agreement with the Cavalese municipal swimming pool, which has an outdoor pool. In Predazzo there is a brand new bio-lake with a natural pool and the possibility of sup.
